Faith-based recovery housing. A safe place to rebuild.
Legacy Homes is a Christian recovery housing program in the Quad Cities for people who are serious about staying clean and starting over. Structure, accountability, work, and a house family that won't quit on you.
Structured sober living
A drug- and alcohol-free house with clear expectations, house managers on site, and daily routine.
Accountability that sticks
Urinalysis and BAC testing on request, regular inspections, and a progressive strike system.
Weekly Lives of Legacy meeting
Every resident attends the weekly program meeting — worship, real talk, and prayer.
Work within 30 days
We help with job leads and resume prep. Employment is required within 30 days of arrival.
Christ-centered support
Structured recovery grounded in Biblical principles, with mentors who walk beside you.
Confidential community
What's shared in the house stays in the house. Residents protect each other's privacy.
What it costs
Simple, upfront, no surprises.
Legacy Homes is not a rental and we are not a landlord. Residency is program-based and conditional on your participation in recovery and compliance with the house agreement.
Security deposit
$300
Due before move-in. Refundable with written 30-day notice (Form H02) and all fees current at departure.
Monthly program fee
$500
Due the 1st of each month. Residents 30 days or more delinquent are dismissed from the program.
Verbal notice is not accepted, and dismissal for rule violations results in automatic forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds are issued by check to your forwarding address.
